HOW TO PREPARE AND SEND AN ORDER.

Step One: Click on the link to the right to view, download and print our Pricing Sheet.

Step Two: Find a shipping box that’s an appropriate size for your items.

Step Three: Click on the links to the right to download & print an Order Form & Account Record Form. Please fill out the forms completely and include them both in your shipment to us.

Step Four: Pack up your items in the box and be sure to include the order form that you’ve filled out and the Open Account form you’ve completed. Orders cannot be processed without this information.

Step Five: Ship the box to us at 202 S. Curtis Road Milwaukee, WI 53214. Use UPS, FedEx or USPS. (Insurance is recommended.)

Once we’ve received your order, we review the type of articles and their age and condition, including specific stains and soils that may be evident, or if repairs are required. Based on this information, our laundress can develop a care and cleaning method that’s specifically tailored to your articles.

Then we send you a card confirming your order, along with delivery information and, upon request, an estimated cost. Otherwise, we promptly begin the process of caring for your articles.

Finally, if there is a question on whether we can launder your item or not, we encourage you to call us first before going to the expense of shipping it to us.
