For example, we use copper boilers as a time-tested method of effectively removing stains and whitening linens. Our drying process consists of stretching linens by hand and carefully pinning them to their original dimension on large specially padded drying tables. It’s a traditional technique that produces a better finish than simple ironing.
To further preserve the nature of the fabric, and to ensure that your linens are returned to you in absolutely pristine condition, they are expertly folded with acid-free tissue paper between folds. They are then placed on flat boards, full or half rollers, or roller hangers wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. This process is time consuming but produces a time-honored level of service and quality that’s guaranteed to return your linens to you in pristine condition.
