Whether you’re shipping your order directly to us, or through one of our nationwide drop-off locations, you’ll want to follow these steps to prepare your order.

Find a shipping box that’s an appropriate size for your items.
Click on the links to the right to download & print an Order Form & Account Record Form. Please fill out the forms completely and include them both in your shipment to us.
Pack up your items in the box and be sure to include the order form that you’ve filled out and the Open Account form you’ve completed. Orders cannot be processed without this information.
Ship the box to us at 202 S. Curtis Road Milwaukee, WI 53214. Use UPS, FedEx or USPS. (Insurance is recommended.) You also have the option of dropping off your order at one of our drop-off locations.
WITH PERSONALIZED CARE AND ATTENTION.
Once we’ve received your order, we review the type of articles and their age and condition, including specific stains and soils that may be evident, or if repairs are required. Based on this information, our laundress can develop a care and cleaning method that’s specifically tailored to your articles.
Upon request, an estimated cost for service will be provided. Otherwise, we promptly begin the process of caring for your articles.
Finally, if there is a question on whether we can launder your item or not, we encourage you to call us first before going to the expense of shipping it to us.
